To convert a resale 3BHK flat in the Talegaon District of Pune for a family of four from a bright, colourful space to a clean, minimal, uncluttered home.
The plan involved minimal but necessary civil changes to ensure that the house harmonized both aesthetic and functional aspects together. This included the redoing of all three toilets in the home and basic changes in the kitchen.
The strict budget was strategically handled by retaining the furniture but replacing the surface treatment to match the minimal, clean theme for the home.
This was done using veneers and a wooden palate which complimented the choice of white, beige, and other light, warm colours, and certain items like the study table were customized and built to match the need, theme and design of the space.
This family also loves to host their social circles quite often at home. Accommodating these frequent gatherings, we made full use of the terrace space incorporating a dining area that allows the kitchen to open up for their activities. This setting makes it perfect to host truly memorable lunches or dinners with their guests of all ages.
